The Position:

We’re seeking an individual who is personable and naturally friendly, detail oriented, bright and inquisitive, and an excellent communicator.

The Patient Care Coordinator is the key in any patient relationship. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients
  • Answering the phones
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Completing administrative processing
  • Recordkeeping
  • Patient retention and outbound calling
  • Preparing exam rooms and rooming patients
  • Prepping patients for audiological tests
  • Managing new orders and repairs
  • Assisting with checks, repairs, and cleanings
  • Manage growth of patient pipeline
  • Participate in community outreach
  • Provide ideas for improving/expanding patient care
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent multitasker and team player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, to include listening and problem solving
