New Treatment Service Options

I’m Dr Karen Melton. Dr. Michelle Woodward and I have an important message to share with you in-light of the Coronavirus situation. We are here for you during this difficult time. Our office will be staffed in order to care for your needs.

The great news is, we have several options to keep you hearing at your best.

1. Curbside Service

   With curbside service, you have the option of pulling into our parking lot, calling us, and we will walk to your car to retrieve your devices and discuss your needs. We will then care for what is needed and return your devices to you in your car. This is a safe and effective option for caring for your devices.

2. Video Conference

   If you need to speak with a provider from your home, we are able to send you an emailed link to have a video conference and discuss your concerns. We can even give you a short tutorial on how to handle your devices such as changing your filter or batteries.

3. Home Visit

   Another option that may be available to you, depending on your location, is a home visit. Our staff may travel to your home and safely care for your hearing needs from outside your residence.

Finally, should you choose to visit the office, rest assured that we are taking precautions to ensure your health and well being. We strive to have one person in our waiting room at a time and clean and disinfect between patients.
