Bobby Jo had a long and fruitful 15-year career as owner, instructor, and choreographer at The Dance Place in western Alabama; however, injuries forced her to close the studio. In 2011, her family moved to Ozark, Missouri where she enrolled in courses in kinesiology and exercise science at Evangel University.
While Bobby Jo was a student there, she learned of the hearing instrument science program at Ozarks Technical Community College. After much thought and prayer, she and her husband, Mark, both decided to take a huge leap of faith and joined the program. They’ve never looked back.
Bobby Jo enjoys having a positive impact on those around her. She feels God has called her to help guide people, hold their hand, lift them in prayer, and make a difference in their life. She was overwhelmed with a sense of peace and knew Hearing Care Partners was her home when she read their mission statement, “Our mission is to serve GOD and our community by providing honest and excellent hearing healthcare while treating every patient like family.”
Bobby Jo enjoys dinners out with her family, traveling, exercising, music, and the performing arts. She especially loves spending time with her husband, four children, and grandbabies!
