When Kaitlyn joined Hearing Care Partners in November of 2021, she brought along her passion for learning and helping others. A fully certified hearing instrument specialist, she holds associate and bachelor’s degrees in health information management, and is also certified as a nurse’s aide, medical coder, and biller. Kaitlyn lives for helping to bring transformative moments to our patients. From rediscovered sounds to emotional reunions with missed voices, she cherishes every, “I heard this!” and, “I can’t believe I can hear this!” moment.

Kaitlyn loves spending time with her husband and two kids. They’re all happiest when they’re having outdoor adventures together at their farm with their dogs, Pip and Rebel.
